ADMINISTRATIVE RESOLUTION #9

UNREGISTERED AND IMMOBILE VEHICLES

WHEREAS Article II, Section 7, of the Bylaws gives the Board the power and duty to administer the affairs of Partridge Berry Hills Condominiums, and

WHEREAS unregistered and immobile vehicles are unsightly and offensive and impede snow removal, sweeping, sealcoating, and pavement repairs and increase the maintenance therein in violation of Rule 9 of the recorded Rules of the Condominium,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Managing Agent be authorized to post the property to the effect that all uninspected motor vehicles will be removed in accordance with state law, and

RESOLUTION A

That the Managing Agent be authorized to place a notice on the offending vehicle to the effect that it must be registered and inspected within 7 days or be removed at the expense of the vehicle's owner and that the owner of the unit in which the owner of the vehicle resides will be assessed $50.00, and

That the Managing Agent be authorized to remove the offending vehicle and assess the unit owner $50.00.

RESOLUTION B

That the Managing Agent be authorized to assess a fine of $50.00 against any vehicle that impedes the maintenance operations of the Condominium. The Managing Agent shall notify unit owners of impending maintenance operations at least seven days in advance (except snow removal), and the fine shall not be imposed unless notification is done by mail or the posting of a notice on the Bulletin Boards or in the Newsletter.
